Several years ago someone known as Sal, had cheap quality reproductions of an Olds 441 made by having them duplicated in China and then selling them in the USA.
These chinese made versions are of poor quality. The Chineese did not create them accurately, there are many areas where features on the casting have been changed or simplified.
These were orginally sold as Kits and are now showing up assembled and painted.
There are also some being mis-represented as orginals by persons trying to scam $$$$ from unsuspecting buyers.
