    • S.A. is used for the French language, N.V. is used with Dutch, the logo has both.
    
    
    • MATTEL BENELUX(nv sa) was formed in Brussels Belgium in 1969 and replaced EBIEX
    • BENELUX refers to the economic union of BElgium, NEtherlands and LUXemberg.
      The first couple letters of each countries name forms the word Benelux.
    
    
    • At some point BENELUX(nv sa) was dropped and Mattel again switched to a local importer
    
    
    • The current MATTEL BENELUX BV is now located in Holland
