Type 1 Rear
To transition to a Side Loader, the Surf Board slots were sealed. The gap between front seat and the rear deck sealed. Two underside posts had two wide support rails added, extending from the existing posts to the injector pin postition.
The two underside support rails were made the same depth as the center support post. -

Added two pairs of short support tabs aligned with the body's window pillars.
Tabs were to keep the glass resting on top of the interior and solve the sagging issue. -
