Very early prototype, very rough out of an unpolished mold


HOT WHEELS has the small circle R tradmark as compared to the Large R of all later parts
FORD MK. IV does not yet show a trademark (TM)
1968 is preceded by a small copyright symbol


Tool #2 as shown by the overcut in the lower right hand corner


Has a hole in the chassis for a mating post on the body for alignment
This entire Post/Alignment approach was soon dropped
