• Do you ship outside of the US? - Probably depending upon the country. Actual shipping and related costs will have to be added to our standard shipping costs. Insurance may also be required. Please contact us first to confirm.

  • Is PayPal the only payment method? - No, A 3% discount is offered for payments made by Cash, Money Order, or Check. We do not accept Credit Cards.

  • Why are there so many rules/conditions on this page? - We appologize that the actions of a few persons who have attempted to take advantage of the PayPal payment system, for their own reward and or profit, have caused us to clearly spell out both our (and PayPal's) terms and conditions on this page.

  • How do I purchase an item?
    1. Email us at PayPal@HWRedlines.com and include ALL of the following information (or your order will not be processed):
      • Your name
      • Your postal mailing address
      • Item # and Item description
      • Intended payment method
      • If you intend to waive Shipping Insurance, a statement acknowleging your waiving of this fee and accepting liability for any Shipping Carrier damage
    2. Upon receiving your (fully completed) email, the items your ordered will be placed on a sales hold
    3. A PayPal Invoice is emailed to you
    4. Pay for the Item
    5. Item is shipped with USPS Priority Mail
    6. Tracking # is emailed to you

  • How do you ship and what are the shipping costs?
    • All shipping is by USPS Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box
    • $7 for items up to $750
    • $10 for items $750 or above as USPS Signature Confirmation is required
    • No extra charge for multiple items as long as they all fit a single Small Flat Rate Box
    • Larger items will be charged actual shipping costs

  • Are there any other charges?
    1. Item shipping insurance will be charged (at actual USPS cost) for all shipments unless you request to waive this insurance
    2. If you request to waive shipping insurance, you are now responsible for all of the following:
      • Providing us an email stating you are waiving shipping insurance coverage
      • Accepting liability for any damage substained due to the shipping carrier's actions
      • Waiving your right to PayPal Buyer Protection (only) for any damage to the item during shipping
    3. Handling fee: There may be a non-refundable handling fee (As provided for under PayPal's Buyer Protection Program)

  • Do you accept returns?
    • Yes of course, for any item which is Significantly Not As Described (SNAD) (as described below).
    • Stuff happens and if we miss an issue with an item we will be happy to accept a return or offer a discount if you choose to keep the item.
    • Buyer must contact us and return ship the item within 14 days of item receipt
    • Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • What does qualify as Significantly Not As Described (SNAD)?
    • if it is significantly different from what the Seller described in the item listing.
    • Here are some examples:
      • You received a completely different item. Example: you purchased a Corvette and received a Camaro or an empty box.
      • The condition of the item was misrepresented. Example: the description when you bought the item said “new” and the item was used.
      • The item was advertised as authentic but is not authentic.
      • The item is missing major parts or features which were not disclosed in its description when you bought the item.
      • You purchased three items from a Seller but only received two.
      • The item was damaged during shipment.

  • What does NOT qualify as Significantly Not As Described (SNAD)?
    • if it is materially similar to the Seller’s item listing description.
    • Here are some examples:
      • The defect in the item was correctly described by the Seller.
      • The item was properly described but you didn't want it after you received it.
      • The item was properly described but did not meet your expectations.
      • The item has minor scratches and was listed as used condition.
      • You purchased three items from a Seller but only received two.

  • Can I return an item if I have "buyers remorse" and changed my mind?
    • No, thats on you, not on us. We expect you to act like a responsible adult.
    • Items are described accurately and are well photographed for your review.
    • Ask any questions or ask for more pictures to be sure BEFORE purchasing.
    • We do not ship items (at our expense) for your free insepection while you make up your mind.

  • How do I return an item?
    • Contact us first with your concern.
    • Item must be returned by the same method in which it was shipped to you (ie USPS Priority Mail)
    • The original item sent to you must be the one returned
    • The item must be in its orginal condition
    • Once your returned item(s) have been received, inspected, and deemed to be in original condition, you will be refunded the full amount (minus any handling fees) reflected on your order.

  • What is your Privacy Policy?
    • No personal information will be shared with any other parties.
    • No financial information will be shared with any other parties.
    • No emails will be added, shared or sold to any mailing lists for advertisement or any purposes.
    • We beleive in and respect your privacy
