Many surface edges beveled to allow parts to come out of the tool easier.
(The beveled surfaces do not show well in the pic due to shadows)

Grill area normally painted black
Filled in area between the Corral and the top of bumper was
likely caused by the breakage of the part on the tool itself.
The tool breakage appears to have happened quite early in the life of the Long Bumper
tooling as there are not many around without the filled in area.
